Extract the post-authentication *** build (grant-all expansion, profile SQL, branch titles, createSession) into PostAuth***Service so enter-as uses the same code path as kamo-login after password validation. Enter-as builds AuthenticatedUser with provider org id and provider member id matching login SQL semantics, then calls the shared service before OTK.
