The page previously offered Create/Import/Generate-in-Canva next to a "Canva isn't set up" notice — incoherent. Now the toolbar reveals progressively by Canva state: - not configured → no Canva actions; just the native library (upload/manage) + an explanatory notice - configured but not linked → a single "Connect Canva" call-to-action - connected → the full Canva toolbar, visually grouped and divided from native actions Empty-state copy + the connect CTA adapt to the same states; dropped the "powered by Canva" line from the subtitle so branding only appears where Canva is.
