- /applications hero now reads "Commerce > Residential Mortgages · URLA 2021" so staff see mortgage as one vertical of the commerce module, not a standalone pipeline. - New Mortgage Programs tab under Commerce settings — read-only catalog of loan programs (CONV/FHA/VA/...) with active state and ruleset version. Settings nav updated in all three locations (subTopics, routes, labelFor). - AppMortgageDTO/SummaryDTO + new ProgramDTO/LoanProgramCode types mirror the shared-lib changes (engagementUid / intentUid / commitmentUid). - mortgageAppsApi.listPrograms() hits the existing /programs endpoint.
