Show the whole term when the seller bills up front

The card led with the recurring rate regardless, so a customer signing a three-year deal payable at signing saw a monthly figure and a separate total below it. Where the quote says the term is due up front, that total is now the price on the card and the sub-lines that restate it are dropped. Reads a missing basis as per-period, so nothing changes until the API ships the field.
