- Inject PublicChatVisitorRepository and GeoLiteLocationRepository into SupportTicketService - Populate visitorIpAddress, visitorCountryCode, visitorCountryName in toDTO() via geo lookup - GeoLookupService already populates visitor.countryCode at session creation
