Simplify Avatar model - avatars belong only to User

- Removed member field from Avatar class - avatars now belong only to users - Removed OneToMany avatars from Member class - members don't own avatars - Members can select an avatar from the user's avatar collection via ManyToOne avatar - This simplifies the model: users manage their avatar collection, members pick from it - Removed MEMBER_ID index from AVATARS table
