Simplify MediaService WebSocket IngressRoute configuration

Remove media-websocket-upgrade middleware that was forcing headers and causing WebSocket handshake issues. Traefik automatically handles WebSocket upgrade when HTTP/2 is disabled via ServersTransport. This fixes WebSocket connection issues between kamo-internal and MediaService.
