Plans the owner's 2026-09-28 request for phonetic spellings of an org's name and short name, spoken only by AIService's E5 speech API (a single-pass, case-insensitive, whole-word, longest-match substitution), never in written text, transcripts, email or the brief. Two nullable orgs columns matching users.name_phonetic's shape; edited next to the originals in org settings under the same rights. Depends on sp96:9 (same AudioController.speak method, for the voice, not the text).
