Splits the mortgage sub-form's mega-grid into four sub-tabs (Loan, Borrower, Subject Property, What-If Studio) and renames "Property Address" to "Subject Property". Pure UI relocation — field editors, relevance gates, cleanup chips, dual-write selects, and contact-privacy gating moved verbatim.
