**************** auto-registers a MessageDispatcherServlet in EVERY service that depends on shared-lib; with Spring Security 6 that breaks any string requestMatchers ('more than one mappable servlet') — crash-looped DaemonService for 17h and ESigService on its next rebuild. The MeridianLink adapter is a SOAP CLIENT: spring-ws-core + saaj-impl(runtime) is all it needs; no service in the estate serves SOAP.
