After vision extraction, propagate the document's own effective date (asset.statementPeriodEnd for bank/broker/retirement, employment.payPeriodEnd for paystubs) to MemberDocument.freshnessAsOf. This makes the MLOS requirement-satisfier age from the true statement/pay date instead of the upload time, so the period-coverage engine finally gets real period identity. Best-effort, idempotent, never breaks extraction; no schema change (the freshness_as_of column already exists).
