Adds a "Document QC" section to the loan detail: the queue of low-confidence AI extractions with confirm / correct / reject per field (each decision trains the model and applies confirmed values to the URLA), plus a training-data export. Wires the /api/security/mlos/qc proxy + qcApi client.
