New Identifiers tab in the mortgage steward console: paste an external number (loan number, MERS MIN, DU/LP/GUS case file, e-sign envelope...) and resolve it back to its loan — the same gate the inbound vendor webhook router uses, so a steward can chase an unrouted callback — plus a per-loan identifier ledger and lifecycle view. Fail-closed: unknown, ambiguous, or another tenant's number all read UNRESOLVED. Wires the new /api/security/mlos/identifiers proxy. Plain-string labels (i18n follow-up).
