ConfirmationDialog described every action as a deletion. Left to itself it picked the type-to-confirm word at random from DELETE, REMOVE, DESTROY and ERASE, drew a red trash can, said "This action cannot be undone", and labelled the button Delete. That is right for the removals it was built for, and it is what the four confirmations on /account?tab=users were getting. So "Send a password reset?" told the operator to type ERASE — for an action whose own message, one line below "This action cannot be undone", says the current password keeps working until the link is used. Two of the other three say plainly that they can be undone. Adds `tone` to the dialog. It defaults to `destructive`, so every existing caller keeps exactly the chrome it was written against; `caution` is for an action worth stopping over that removes nothing, and drops the trash can, the red, the undone claim, the "to be deleted:" label and the "Deleting..." progress verb. `icon` and `subtitle` let a caller name its own action. The four confirmations in UserAccountDrawer move to it, each with the word it is actually asking for: RESET, REVOKE, SYNTHETIC, RESTORE. No new message keys — **************** already exist — so this needs no dictionary push ahead of it.
