- A MEMBER_REMOVED naming the viewer unsubscribes the transcript, empties it, disables the composer and says why. Revoking Exec2Exec Access used to leave the executive's open windows streaming customers' messages. - Who is on the chat is re-read on focus, whenever the transcript starts listening again (first subscribe, every reconnect), and once more after a failed load, so a missed membership frame no longer leaves the strip stale. - The sign-in sweep raises only rows with unread AND awaitingDesk (the customer spoke last). Every executive now sits on every chat, so a colleague's reply is unread for the others and used to pop on each of their screens at sign-in. A missing field reads as false. - Exec2ExecRosterRow declares awaitingDesk; the strip colours avatars by userId, the roster's key.
