Fifth service holding its own copy of KSessionService, and the fifth sliding the shared *** TTL on every read. Each one alone was enough to keep a session alive forever, so gating the others still left this path open. Honour X-Kamo-Idle-Ms as the rest now do; a caller that sends none still renews, so nothing that cannot set headers changes behaviour. Note: **************** fails on this branch and also on a clean tree (PNG expected, WebP produced) — verified pre-existing, unrelated to this change.
