Since c13c47b (ruling CP07-T43-1/-7) a withheld record no person owns or takes part in stands in the withheld store for its inherited sources the audience may not know. The SI's card and journal day learned from the owner's Confidential DM are therefore recorded as CHAT_SESSION:ceo-dm, not NOTE:101/201. The three strict-read tests still asserted the old keys and failed on origin/main (SITP TP02 extra).
