Subscriptions now require targetOrganizationId on create — the (account, market, target_org) triple is the new uniqueness key. AccountBillingMemberService is split into AccountMemberService (account-level admins) and SubscriptionMemberService (per-sub licensees + sub-managers). LicenseService priority lookup reads **************** on the specific sub plus TeamMember.isOrganizationOwner on the target org. EntitlementInvalidator gains invalidateSubscription. AccountBillingService no longer auto-seeds the free KamoCRM sub — that lives in the org-creation hook over in SecurityService.
