Adds LoContactCard with avatar, presence pulse, verified NMLS link, and call/email/message actions in the top-left of hero and apply surfaces, so the borrower's licensed loan originator (name + NMLS ID) is always one tap away — required by SAFE Act §1503 and Reg Z §1026.36(g). The lender footer's NMLS is promoted to a "Licensed · NMLS #" trust pill, and useAssignedLO now returns a fake demo LO until loan-file LO assignment lands. LoGuideChip reverts to voice-only since the LO has its own surface.
