Verified live: checksum matches the local file, Asterisk decoded it to 199274 bytes of u-law (24.91s at 8000 B/s), the global resolves to custom/kamocrm-leavevm, and a test call ran Playback to completion and went on to VoiceMail with no file-resolution errors in the log.
