tiredofit/freepbx has no FreePBX 17 image (abandoned since 2022). escomputers/freepbx:17 (updated Apr 2026, Asterisk 21 + FreePBX 17) requires a separate MariaDB pod and a one-time php install step. Changes: - Add freepbx-mariadb StatefulSet (mariadb:10.11) + Service + init SQL - Replace tiredofit env vars in configmaps with a startup.sh script that waits for MariaDB, patches Apache to listen on 8088 (not 80), runs FreePBX php install on first boot, then hands off to the image entrypoint - InitContainers seed /etc and /var/lib/asterisk from the image on first run (replicating Docker named-volume auto-population behaviour in K8s hostPath) - Update deploy workflow: apply MariaDB + wait for readiness before FreePBX Admin UI: http://k1m1:8088 / http://k2m1:8088 (LAN/WireGuard, no public exposure)
