- /credits/system-wide GET+PATCH (org credit-suspend), /credits/lead-viewers (VIEW_LEADS holders incl. grant-all) for the History member filter. - Credit-balance edit on PATCH /allotments/{id}: number lowers via invalidation, null = ∞. - /leads/history now paginated (page/size/total) + returns lead contactName. - availableSummary + available() gate credit acceptance on the org System Wide switch.
