Mirrors LeadOpportunityReservation, LeadOpportunityCommissionSplit and **************** in kamo-shared-library. ddl-auto:update would create them from the entities anyway; the explicit DDL is the house convention and makes the shape reviewable here rather than only inferable from annotations. Applied against production on 2026-08-04 — all three tables and every index exist, owned by the app user.
