38 calls in the entire history of PHONE_CALL_LOG, 26 in the last 30 days. The drop-then-redial fingerprint finds 4 pairs, all provisioning test calls from April. So the dropped-call defects were real but their incidence is near zero — the two-week telemetry wait would have produced no data points, and this work is better understood as arriving before the volume than after the pain. Also records a defect found while measuring: member_id is NULL on every CDR row, so nothing can currently answer which member's calls are failing.
