The default agreement template shipped a worked example that contradicted the catalog on every line it mentioned: 50 users on a 25-seat plan, 25 GB of storage per user against 4 GB per seat, and AI and HR at $10 and $8 when the catalog sells them at $9 and $7. It is a template — whatever it says is what an operator starts from and edits, so a stale example propagates into real agreements.
