SYSTEM_BUG_SCREENSHOT now carries screen recordings alongside screenshots. The constant keeps its name and its id — id 17 is written into assoc_id on every row already stored under it, and splitting video onto an association of its own would mean a second association differing from this one in no rule it actually carries. What each piece of evidence is, is a MIME type, which Img.clientMime records. Comment only; no version change, so every service picks it up on its next build.
