Hibernate wrote `check (visibility in **************** 'PLATFORM_ADMIN_ONLY'))` when it created report_catalog. ddl-auto adds columns and never rewrites a constraint, so a fourth constant compiles, ships, and then fails every insert that uses it — the same shape as the frozen ordinal checks this codebase has already been bitten by twice. Recorded where somebody adding one will be reading.
