Three on calendar_events, because whether a meeting invites people belongs to the meeting rather than to the moment it was saved — an edit six weeks later that adds a guest has to know. All default to leaving existing events silent: CalDAV, the ics importer and the lead-callback composer all write through the same service and none of them offers this choice. Two on calendar_event_attendees, both nullable, and null is the load-bearing value: it means "never told", which is what every existing row is and what every guest added by a later edit will be. A default on either would make the whole feature silently do nothing. Applied by hand to the cluster, as KamoInitializerService is not deployed.
