The authed shell is a full-viewport layout — nav fixed, content absolutely positioned to exactly 100vh — with one scroller inside it (.kamo-page-scroll). <body> is height:100vh; overflow:auto, so anything reaching past the shell scrolls the document and shows a band of bare body background under the app. That is the second scrollbar members have been seeing. Locks the document while the workspace shell is mounted, via a class on <html> so NavTopPanel's body.style.overflow toggling cannot clear it, and scoped so the bare routes that legitimately scroll — validate, logout, error, not-found — are untouched.
