The funnel was a closed loop: nothing ever converted the portal lead into an application (blank mints only — no sourceLead, no seeded fields, no LO inheritance). promoteToApplication: merge GUID (idempotent) → reuse-or-createFromLead (URLA seeded from stated facts, sourceLead set) → link the member's ACCOUNT (party authz keys on it — createFromLead never set it) → ensureTransaction (inherits the accepted loan officer).
