SettingsView's white card and TabPanel carry no padding; every settings tab supplies its own, and this one did not, so its heading, buttons, figure cards and list ran straight into the card's edges. It now pads itself as the bulk sender tab does (16px, 24px from md up) in every phase it renders - loading, loaded, no access and error - and a test pins the gutter on each. On a narrow tab the list also stopped breaking addresses mid-word beside the status pill: the pill goes under the address, and an address breaks after "@" or "." where a reader would.
