GET **************** and /team-members-contractors now carry createdOrgs per person: the names of the organizations they own (orgs.user_id_owner, set once by POST /org and never reassigned), from one findOwnedTitlesByOwnerIds query for the whole list, title falling back to titleShort. Voided organizations are not listed. MemberOrgsChangePublisher sends rt.org.{orgId}.member-orgs to every organization the owner is a member of when one of their organizations is created (after commit), renamed through PUT /org/{id}, deleted, voided or restored. The API proxy's own signal reaches only the caller's session org, and org creation moves that session into the new org.
