An organization voided from Platform -> Configuration -> Organizations (orgs.is_active = FALSE) does not exist anywhere but the console's Void tab. findOwnedOrgsByOwnerIds — the roster's own copy of "which orgs does each executive own", kept for the org id beside each title — now carries the same live-org filter the shared findOwnedTitlesByOwnerIds and findDistinctOwnerUserIds gained in kamo-shared-library d2c09630. Pinned in Exec2ExecQueryParseTest, which also parses it against the entity model.
