The card printed "Up to 5 users" from plan.maxSeats, directly above its own feature list reading "Users (25)" and a comparison column reading 25 - the same card disagreeing with itself by a factor of five. maxSeats is the wrong source. Nothing enforces it, AccountSubscriptionService uses it only as the default seat count for a NEW subscription, and the catalog's own volume-discount bands run to 25 seats on Starter and 51-100 on Business - bands nobody could reach if it were a cap. The USERS feature row is the advertised ceiling, and the headline now comes from the same row the other two places were already agreeing on. It is also skipped in the list below so the card does not say it twice. Same bug in the calculator, where the user slider was capped at maxSeats: a Starter estimate stopped at 5 seats and could never reach the 11-25 volume band the catalog defines.
