The tab strip declared minHeight twice, so the build never type-checked

Adding icons to the panel tabs appended a second `minHeight` to the same `& .MuiTab-root` literal instead of replacing the old one. TypeScript rejects a duplicate property outright, so `next build` failed type checking and the image never got pushed — prod stayed on the previous one. Keep the 44 the icon+label tabs need and drop the stale 40; the comment moves up with the value it explains.
