`viewerMemberId` on the thread page, so the console can tell the viewer's own reactions from everybody else's without a second call to /api/user-info. A ref filled in by a second async fetch is empty for the first render, and a reaction chip that starts un-filled and corrects itself a moment later reads as a failed click. A string, for the reason every id in this feature is one: a 19-digit int64 loses precision through JSON.parse. `none()` is gone — written as a convenience for the empty case and never called.
