The update DTO needs the first-time-buyer field too

68ce0e0f added `isFirstTimeBuyer` to the CREATE request and wired both call sites in LeadService — but the second one reads UpdateLeadRequest's own nested MortgageFieldsDTO, which is a separate class. The library did not compile. The two DTOs are duplicated by design and stay that way; this only closes the gap the compiler found.
