Widens WidgetWidth to 1 | 2 | 3 | 'full' and lets a WidgetDefinition declare minWidth/minHeight. widgetMinSize(definition) converts that into a PaneSize floor (or null when nothing is declared), giving both axes a floor even when only one is declared — the un-declared axis floors at its own default size. Threads that floor from the registry through every consumer that sizes or resizes a pane: useHomePanes' sizeOf/setSize, PaneChrome's drag AND keyboard resize paths (all three clamp calls), SortableCard, the home page's sortable-grid widget render site, and the settings-page layout preview. The pinned-widget band in page.tsx is untouched on purpose — it always renders at widgetDefaultSize and never reads stored preferences, so a declared default already satisfies its own floor. No widget in the registry declares width 3 or a minimum yet; that is later work. This only widens the vocabulary and wires the machinery.
