Replace the literal column headers (Purpose/Loan Amount/LTV/DTI), the Loan Purpose filter label, and the filter option labels with next-intl t() keys **************** and .purpose.*). The Purpose column's valueGetter now returns the translated label so sort/quick-filter/display agree. Removes the now-unused loanPurposeLabel() helper (+ its tests). Keys added to ****************
