Adds the MediaObjMsgTranslation entity (one row per (message, language) pair) and an optional sourceLanguageId column on MediaObjMsg so chat messages can be translated on demand and re-served instantly to other viewers in the same language. ChatMessageDto carries sourceLanguageId so live recipients know whether they need to translate. MediaService.createMessage gains an overload that takes the authoring language, falling back to Member.language for legacy callers.
