Treat ACTIVE status as connected in OAuth provider configs

The Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / Zoho config views gated their connected state on providerStatus === 'CONNECTED', but the backend EmailProviderStatus enum only emits ACTIVE, so a connected provider still showed the Connect button on revisit. Align the check to 'ACTIVE'.
