Treat thrown subscription stub as no-subscription, not error

The legacy getCurrentSubscription stub throws by design so callers fall back to the ungated path. StatsManager was surfacing the throw as "Could not load subscription data." Route it to data:null so the existing "no active subscription" info branch renders instead.
