Unwrap catalog and calculation from backend response envelope

getSubscriptionCatalog returned { catalog: {...} } but was cast directly as SubscriptionCatalog, leaving catalog.plans undefined and the plan selection step blank. Same issue for calculateSubscriptionPrice whose { calculation: {...} } wrapper was not unwrapped.
