The M365 help described registering a per-org Azure app (client secret, redirect URI) — stale: Kamo uses one platform-verified multi-tenant app, so customers just connect + consent. Rewrote to the current flow: Connect → grant admin consent for Graph Mail.ReadWrite + Mail.Send → assign mailboxes (zero per-mailbox setup, no PowerShell). Reduced 8 steps to 4.
