Adds the full backend service layer for the URLA package introduced in the previous commit: repos/applications/ 20 JpaRepositories scoped per entity dtos/applications/ response DTOs (Long->String) + lookup payload services/applications/ AppMortgageService (root + lead conversion + section saves) and BorrowerSectionService (pairs, borrowers, employment, income, assets, liabilities, REO, declarations, military, HMDA) Conventions follow the existing LeadService pattern: - Field-injected @Autowired deps - @Transactional(readOnly=true) for queries - Static .from(entity) factory mappers, Long ids serialized as String - IllegalArgumentException for not-found / validation failures - All operations org-scoped via the application's organization id The MortgageLookupsDTO returns every URLA enum in one shot so the UI never hardcodes dropdown options.
