The Account is now the group, so all references to the old AccountBillingMember entity are pointed at the new generic **************** entity. The "group plan manager" permission flag is renamed throughout to "account manager" (the role is the same; only the framing changes). Affected: - StripeWebhookService, AccountSubscriptionService — no entity refs - **************** now writes an AccountMember row (was AccountBillingMember) for the new primary member with full manager flags - AccountBillingMemberService — fully rewired onto AccountMember, isAccountManager flag, error message updated - LicenseService — priority logic uses isAccountManager - PlatformAdminService — counts via AccountMemberRepository - AccountBillingMemberDto / AccountBillingRequests — flag rename
