Use dictionary t() keys for MLOS integration UI strings

Replaces the `// i18n: dictionary key TODO` placeholder literals in LeadMarketManager (MLOS Integration select), MeridianLinkConfigDialog (field labels, Test Connection button), and the lead HeaderBar (Create/Open Application button) with next-intl t() calls against the keys just added to kamo-translation-dictionary. Brand names (KamoMLS, MeridianLink, Encompass by ICE) stay literal.
