Use {{logoUrl}} placeholders so sent emails match preview

serializeFullEmailHtml now stores **************** placeholders in bodyHtml instead of resolved local paths. EmailTemplateService already injects absolute logo URLs at send time (from org domain). The client-side preview substitutes them with the local themed paths for display, so preview and email are structurally identical.
