Use @MapsId pattern for PublicChatVisitor to resolve IdClass error

Switches from @OneToOne-as-@Id to @MapsId with explicit String sessionGuid field. Fixes Hibernate "does not define an IdClass" error at startup. Repository ID type changed from MediaSession to String.
