getOrgId() coerced orgID with Number(), corrupting int64 Cockroach IDs in /api/security/org/{id}/* URLs (404/failed saves). Add getOrgIdString(), use it in LabelManager and pass string org id to theme provision WebSocket (NATS topic uses full id string). DNS setup page: stop parseInt for WS.
